Part four of our best of women’s wear from Paris Fashion Week - alphabetically, as usual…
Another designer brand where some might have only perfume in mind: Cacharel, one of the traditionally dreamy and very French houses, served us playfully flowing dresses and outfits light as air. Flying Air Cacharel now… (And Cara Delevigne again – bottom at the centre.)
The term “avant-garde” comes from the bravest soldiers of the army (la garde) who fought in front of (avant) all others. Comme Des Garçons is definitely one of them… Artistic draping, new silhouettes and unconformable styling – that’s how Comme Des Garçons see the summer of 2013.
Neil Barrett chose a presentation instead of a classic catwalk to introduce his summer 2013 presentation. Very suitable for such a linear collection. I love it!
Passport ready? The Vivienne Westwood Gold Label show took place at the British Ambassador’s Residence. In the end, it might be a British taking over Paris after all… The great Vivienne Westwood blew us away – again!
