After spreading the obvious it’s time to tell a secret again: The Hudson Clearwater. Owned by a bunch of fabulously looking and very entertaining brothers, this is the place in New York where I had the best steak ever. The prices are very fair and the wine card is not too bad either… Sometimes there’s even a live act to spice up your dinner. Brunch and breakfast is only possible at weekends – the brothers are no early birds…
